Yes, we ship worldwide and all of our cases are shipped from the US within 1-3 business days!

Our cost for shipping is $4.00 within the US and $8.00 for anywhere outside the US. Shipping on orders over $70.00 is FREE! 

Yes! You will be sent an email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have any questions while your package is in route, feel free to reach out. We are always here to help!

If you get stuck during the process or are not super tech-savvy, feel free to reach out to us! We are happy to assist. We will have access to your design on our sites backend. You can also email your photos to us with your desired collage style and we are happy to create your case for you! We can also send you color charts and a font list to choose from!

Pixly Case is confident that you will love your case but because your case is made especially for you and your device, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges at this time. This does not apply if you were sent the wrong model or there is a defect in your case. Please be sure you order for the correct device. If you’re not happy, please reach out and we’ll do what it takes to make it right. Because at Pixly Case your satisfaction is our top priority!

Your Pixly Case is covered with a LIFETIME warranty from any breakage! Yes, lifetime! That means if your case breaks or fades, Pixly Case will replace it. It will be replaced with the same design and model. Normal scratches or wear and tear are not covered and we will not accept returns from forced damage. Photos & approval from our production team will be required. Please contact our support team if you have any questions. 🙂
